Your Content

You retain ownership. By submitting, you grant us rights described in Section 7. Do not share financial info.

Member Content

Belongs to other users. You may only use it as intended — messaging and video chat.

Our Content

Graphics, logos, and UI are owned by us. You are granted a limited license to access it.

Privacy

Your privacy matters.

Data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Reporting Misconduct

We do not tolerate inappropriate content or misconduct. Report violations using the in-app Shield icon or by contacting support.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Cancellation

Available in Account Settings.

Virtual Items

Gems have no real-world value.

Refunds

All purchases are generally final.

ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Account Actions

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account without notice for violations on or off platform.

Background Checks

TSUNAGARI DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION CHECKS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS.

TSUNAGARI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 24 MONTHS.

Dispute Resolution

Informal First

Contact support@tsunagari.in first. We will make a good faith effort to resolve concerns informally.

Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.

YOU AND TSUNAGARI EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

Opt-out available via email within 30 days of first agreeing.

Governing Law

Terms are governed by applicable law. Favorable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply where mandatory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nampa.Socials Pvt Ltd from claims arising from your use, content, or breach of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Tips, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nampa.Socials Pvt Ltd. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

IP Ownership & Protection

All intellectual property on the Tsunagari platform is exclusively owned by Nampa.Socials Pvt Ltd and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Custom Games

All games, mechanics, and rules are original works. Exclusives may not be copied.

Burning Secrets

Proprietary community moderation system features, logic, and interface are original works.

Brand Identity

Logo, visual identity, and typography are trademarks of Nampa.Socials Pvt Ltd.

Source Code

Proprietary software, scripts, and technical architecture are protected works.

Prohibited IP Actions

Strictly prohibited: copying games, reverse engineering, creating derivative clones, or using our brand without authorization. We reserve the right to pursue all civil and criminal remedies.
